In-situ Internal Pipeline Coating

This innovative coating system is suitable for both carbon steel and fiberglass pipelines.

It allows for expansive lengths to be covered in one continuous section

The thin film coating maintains the majority of the Pipe ID, while protecting the pipe from scaling and internal corrosion.

In Partnership with the OEM suppliers of this coating innovation, 3PSL provides internal surface preparation and coat application.

This is achieved through the running of a specialized Pigs through the lines to perform mechanical and chemical cleaning.

The pipeline internals is then coated with a two part  epoxy via our progressive pigging multiple pass flood coat system.

There are varying epoxy depending on the cargo of the pipeline (Oil, Natural gas, Water Services, multiphase) and Pipelines for higher temperature and Pressure Cargo (CO2, H2S, Methane

The entirety of the process is defined in our inspection test plan which provides for adequate quality monitoring through every process
